Job Description

Role and Responsibilities       

working under the direction of the business owner to maximize sales, create a world class customer experience, Coordinate Business operations

To deliver outstanding customer service and customer experience

·         Working under the direction of business owner to develop an environment based on Teamwork, Trust and Collaboration

·         Set sales example in store(s)

·         Frequent communication with Store Owner, Assistant Managers, Inventory Manager, Book Keeper regarding business operations

·         Coordinate Human Resources program for the business

·         Grow our business through exceptional customer service and top-performing sales

·         Mentor, train, coach and supervise sales staff

·         Drive sales and customer service experience in store

·         Scheduling of sales staff to ensure store needs are met

·         Coordinate new stock arrivals and merchandise placement

·         Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

·         Supervisory Experience (1 year)

·         A great sense of style

·         An understanding of our stores branding, aesthetic and values

·         Passion for fashion and styling

·         Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and co-workers

·         Customer service in Fashion retail 3 years preferred)

·         Retails sales  (3 years preferred)

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities       

To deliver outstanding customer service, customer experience and maintain a professional appearance that reflects the values our business

·         Sell clothes, serve customers and deliver style expertise with the upmost respect

·         Create a memorable customer experience and offer exemplary customer service

·         Utilize proper selling techniques, suggest complimentary merchandise

·         Operate POS system to complete sales

·         Communicate with customers through social media request

·         Ensure store cleanliness: including general housekeeping

·         Assist with putting out new stock and merchandising

·         Help ensure store environment/atmosphere feels inspiring and that product is easily accessible

·         Communicate with manager and staff at our other locations on customer requests and stock.

·         Communicate with Inventory Coordinator on damaged items and issues surrounding merchandise

·         Develop social media posts/videos, communicate with customers via social media

·         Other Duties as assigned
