Returns & Exchanges
- All items ordered from our online store must be authorized by Mensch Clothing prior to any online purchases being retuned by mail.
- Online orders are eligible for return and refund within 2 weeks of package delivery date.
- To begin the return process please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the return is approved a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be emailed to you.
- Once the return is received and inspected, you will receive a return confirmation email. Returns are received and inspected by Mensch Clothing; a refund/exchange will only be granted if all merchandise is unworn, unwashed, free from pet hair and any odours and the original tags are still attached. We reserve the right to refuse full or partial refund based on inspection of returned merchandise not meeting these criteria.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded for any returns.
- Please call or email in advance to confirm cross border return procedure. There is a specific procedure to send cross border returns that does not incur brokerage, duty and tax on returns, and we are ONLY able to accept and return packages that have followed this procedure. There are several details to confirm before sending. We are happy to arrange this.
- Please ensure all returned items are packed securely with the RMA number shown clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number. Mensch Clothing does not provide return shipping labels and is not responsible for any delayed or lost return packages

- If you wish to return your item in store present a copy of your receipt with the online order number and RMA number. We only process exchanges of the exact style in-store. Refunds cannot be processed at our retail store.
